About the business
The Allergy Strategist is operated by Fulden Tubb, a UK-based sole trader. For enquiries about products, bookings or these terms, email hello@theallergystrategist.co.uk.
What coaching does and doesn't provide
Coaching provides education, reflection, support and practical exercises. It does not replace individual medical assessment, allergy action plans, emergency treatment or psychological therapy. Always follow advice from the appropriate healthcare professionals about your child's allergies.
Booking and participation
Offer details, price, session dates and inclusions are set out on the relevant sales page when you purchase. Please provide accurate booking information. Group participants agree to respectful communication and to maintaining others' privacy, while understanding that confidentiality between participants cannot be guaranteed.
Payment and access
Some coaching payments are processed by Stripe; digital products and course access may be supplied through Beacons. The checkout page will show the final price and available payment methods. Access information will be provided through the relevant platform or after booking.
ANCHOR group coaching: cancellations and refunds
The founding cohort is scheduled to run for six Wednesday sessions, from 6 January to 10 February 2027, 7–8pm UK, at an introductory price of £99 upfront.
For voluntary cancellations after applicable statutory cooling-off rights have expired: on or before 23 December 2026, a full refund; from 24 December 2026 to 2 January 2027, we may retain up to £49.50 where justified by genuine losses; from 3 January 2027, a higher deduction may apply only insofar as it reflects unavoidable genuine losses, with mitigation taken into account. Your statutory rights always take priority over these programme terms. In particular, consumers purchasing services online may have a 14-day cancellation period from the date of contracting, subject to applicable exceptions and rules when services begin during that period. Individual coaching
For one-to-one coaching, the booking or confirmation information should state the session time and any applicable rescheduling or cancellation rules. Statutory cancellation rights continue to apply.
Digital guides and self-paced courses
Paid digital products are sold and delivered through Beacons, and may be governed by additional platform terms presented at checkout. For digital content supplied immediately, specific consent and acknowledgement requirements apply before the statutory cancellation right can be lost. If these requirements are not met, the usual statutory rights may remain available.
Changes, interruptions and accessibility
If an unforeseen event requires me to reschedule or cancel a coaching session or programme, I will contact affected participants and explain the options available, including refunds where required. If access to purchased digital material fails, email me so I can investigate.
Privacy and safeguarding
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy & Confidentiality Policy. I may act on safeguarding concerns or legal obligations where appropriate. Please do not share other group participants' identifying or private information outside the sessions.
