Who I am

I am Fulden Tubb, trading as The Allergy Strategist, a UK-based sole trader and the data controller for personal information I collect through my business. Contact: hello@theallergystrategist.co.uk.

What information I collect

Depending on how you contact or work with me, I may collect your name, email address, correspondence, booking and purchase information, coaching goals, and information you choose to share about your experiences. Payment providers process card details; I do not ask you to send me your complete payment card details.

Coaching conversations may include information about health, allergies, mental wellbeing or family circumstances. I try to minimise this information, especially where it relates to children. Please avoid sending detailed health information through a general enquiry email.

How I use the information

• To reply to enquiries, arrange sessions and deliver coaching and purchased resources.
• To keep appropriate coaching, safeguarding, financial and administrative records.
• To send newsletters and promotional updates when permitted, including where you have chosen to subscribe.
• To keep the website secure and improve its operation.
• To meet legal obligations where applicable.

My legal basis

Depending on the activity, I rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent or a legal obligation under UK GDPR. Where I need to process health or other special-category information, I also identify a relevant additional condition under Article 9, such as explicit consent where appropriate. Details of the processing involved can be explained before coaching begins.

Confidentiality during coaching

I provide a respectful, confidential coaching environment. I usually take brief handwritten session notes, sometimes in shorthand, recording themes, goals and agreed actions. Paper notes are kept in a locked drawer with access restricted to me. I avoid recording unnecessary identifying or sensitive information and securely destroy records when they are no longer needed, taking account of legal, insurance and safeguarding considerations.

Confidentiality is not absolute. Information may need to be shared if legally required or where disclosure is necessary and legally justified to respond to serious harm or safeguarding concerns. When safe and appropriate, I will discuss this with you. In group coaching I ask participants to respect each other's privacy, but I cannot guarantee that other participants will keep information confidential.

Newsletter, guides and marketing

Sender helps me manage email subscriptions and deliver newsletters. Requesting a free resource does not automatically mean you must agree to ongoing marketing. Where consent is used, it can be withdrawn at any time by unsubscribing or emailing me. Some minimal information may be retained to make sure an opt-out is respected.

Other services and sharing

My website is hosted by Cloudflare. I use Sender for newsletters, Stripe for some payments and Beacons for digital product sales and course delivery. I may also use email and video-meeting services in running my coaching business. These providers process some information for those purposes and may operate outside the UK, subject to applicable transfer safeguards. I do not sell your personal information.

How long I keep records

I keep records only for as long as needed for their stated purposes, considering any relevant legal, insurance, safeguarding and accounting requirements. Different records require different retention periods. Requests for deletion are considered alongside any lawful reason for retaining particular information.

Your rights

You may have rights to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or to object to processing, depending on the circumstances. Where I rely on consent you may withdraw it. Cookies and website links

This static website uses essential technologies to operate. If optional analytics or marketing technologies are added, I will provide information and consent controls where required. External services linked from the website have their own policies.
